Refund Policy
At Style & Treasure Pet Boutique, we want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most unused, unopened, and resalable items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following:
Perishable goods (e.g., treats, food, etc.)
Personalized or custom-made items
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items
How to Request a Return
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
Email us with your order number and reason for return.
Ship the item back in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item(s) and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
